Shops

The fixed vendor shops are air-conditioned, fully-enclosed retail spaces for new start-up businesses as well as established merchants and retailers.  Each shop is 25'x40' in size and can be built out to tenant specifications.  Four shops will be built and available for lease in Phase I.  Additional shops will be built in Phase II.  Contact the DRRC office for leasing information.
