The Mercado Delta is located on a 12-acre tract of land in Edcouch, Texas, on Mile 4 West (Yellow Jacket Drive), in between Mile 17 ½ Road and State Highway 107.  The Mercado Delta is adjacent to the Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District’s Fine Arts Complex, and across the street from Edcouch-Elsa High School.
